How does staff training and CEO XP work?

Each staff member is paid a daily salary and can be trained to give various perks to boost your company with. 

To earn training points you need to earn CEO XP and level up. For each CEO XP level you gain you will unlock 1 training token.

You earn CEO XP by departing vessels plus a bonus on the cargo load. You can also earn CEO XP by acquiring anchor points (above 40).
