Fuel prices in Shipping Manager update dynamically at set intervals. If you were charged more than the price shown on your screen, it is usually due to a price shift synchronization delay:
- The page was left open for a few minutes, and the fuel price updated in the background before the screen manually refreshed.
- You clicked "Buy" right as the system clock transitioned to a new fuel price cycle.
Because purchases process live server rates, the transaction records the new market price rather than the outdated rate displayed on an unrefreshed screen.
Can I Get a Refund?
Yes! If an unexpected price change caused you to overpay significantly:
1. Send a ticket to our Support Team.
2. Include the approximate time of the transaction, screenshots, and the amount purchased.
Our team will verify the server log for that transaction timestamp and refund the cash difference to your account.
